Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Return/Exchange Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

• EXCHANGE AND/OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Exchanges

• We offer free size exchanges (within the U.S.) if the item is in stock.

• If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a store credit 

Returns

• Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Items returned without original packaging

• Sale or clearance items

• Final sale products (clearly marked on the product page)

Return Abuse Protection

To protect our small business, we monitor return activity. Excessive returns, signs of wear, or repeated return requests may result in:

• Return refusal

• Store credit instead of refund

• Account review or suspension

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Email us at info@sesaysolutions.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

• We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail,  which typically delivers within 2–3 business days , and USPS Ground Mail, shipping within 3-5 business days. Also:

• Includes tracking and insurance on packages over $50

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or holidays

Order Processing Time

• Orders that are custom will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow for 7-10 business days to receive your order. All orders received after 10:00 a.m. EST will begin processing on the next business day.  

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship domestically to all U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Special accommodations can be made to ship to US territories. Additional fees may apply.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, with rates calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight of the package

• Distance from Washington, DC (ZIP: 20018)

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $80 (before tax and discounts).

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS

• If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number

• We’re happy to help if you need assistance filing a claim with USPS
